Since starting Merbabies in February 2017 Anna manages all of the behind the scenes growth and development of Merbabies and the learn to swim programme.

Cat, Baby To Pre-School Swim Teacher

Cat has swam competitively from the age of six, right through to her teens. She's always believed that every child should learn to swim. Since becoming a mum in 2017, she saw how much her son enjoyed his swimming lessons and how it made her feel watching him learn to swim while having fun, and wanted to help other mums to experience with their own little ones. Cat has since changed careers and retrained as a baby to pre-school swim teacher and is teaching for Merbabies in Livingston, Fauldhouse and Edinburgh.

Lesley, Swim Teacher & Swim Co-Ordinator

Lesly teaches in Edinburgh, Bo'ness and West Lothian and is qualified in both baby to pre-school parent and child swim lessons, and independent swim lessons for older children. She has trained in the Level 3 Diploma for Baby to Pre-School teaching which focuses on the latest research into how young children learn. As well as swim teaching Lesley is always busy in the office, sorting out bookings, catch up classes and lots of other hard work that goes on behind the scenes to run fantastic lessons.

Emma-Lou, Swim Teacher & Early Years Expert

Emma-Lou teaches parent and child, baby to pre-school swim classes in Fife and also takes an active role in planning and developing our sensory swimming. Emma-Lou is an expert in baby and young child development with two children of her own, previous experience of running her own successful baby sensory franchise, and prior to that worked in learning and development.

Lorna, Swim Teacher

After having her own gorgeous baby boy, Lorna retrained to join us as a Baby to PreSchool Swim Teacher. She is currently teaching in Bo'ness, Livingston and Edinburgh for Merbabies.
